We offer a full money back guarantee on all purchases made on our website, but under certain conditions. We invite you to read the conditions explained in more detail below, in order to see the condition that applies to your situation, while following the correct procedure.

If you are unhappy with the product/service that you have purchased from us, please let us know. You are given 7 days to cancel or exchange an article purchased with a valid receipt. You are eligible for a full refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 7 day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your application is received, you will be informed if your refund has been approved or refused.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 calendar days of the approval.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We do not offer refunds for promotion items.
